Will The Promenade at Chenal become an outlet shopping center?
No, The Promenade at Chenal will not become an outlet center and will continue to offer an exciting mix of national brands complemented by a curated line-up of popular local and regional retailers and a variety of elevated and casual dining options.
Can I use my TangerClub membership at this location?
No, TangerClub membership is currently available only at Tanger’s Outlet center locations and may not be used at The Promenade at Chenal, which is not an outlet shopping center. You may visit chenalshopping.com/promos for store sales and events at this center.

No, Tanger Outlets Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at The Promenade at Chenal. They can be redeemed at any of our participating Outlet center locations.

Center-wide gift cards are no longer available for purchase at Promenade at Chenal. We encourage guests to purchase a fee-free gift card option from one of our many individual retailers and restaurants.
